Our history and our 2030 strategy
GENTA’s history began in 2009 in the Gulf, where the group supported French companies in establishing a presence in the Middle East. In 2019, this business took a new direction with the creation of GENTA International and the launch of an international Employer of Records (EoR) company service. Between 2020 and 2023, GENTA International gradually expanded its services to the Middle East and Africa.
The year 2023 marked another key milestone for the group, with the creation of GENTA France, dedicated to Professional Inbound Mobility, and the opening of its French head office.
From 2024 onwards, GENTA strengthens its international presence by drawing on its regional offices in Montreal, Dubai, Riyadh, Casablanca, Abidjan and Djibouti, and forges strategic partnerships enabling it to cover the whole world.
In 2025, the group consolidated its position around five key service areas: professional inbound mobility, international recruitment, international employer of records (EoR), temporary staffing in France and internationally, and outsourced HR services.

The Angers office becomes the headquarters of the GENTA Group, bringing together all French and international legal entities and teams.
The GENTA Group consolidates its service offering around four solutions: Professional Inbound Mobility, International Recruitment, International Employer of Record and Outsourced HR Services.
Implementation of strategic partnerships and opening of regional offices in Montreal, Dubai, Riyadh, Casablanca, Abidjan and Djibouti, in order to cover the entire globe.
Launch of the Professional Inbound Mobility offer to France and opening of the Angers office.
A third partner, an expert in strategic intelligence and public affairs, joins GENTA with the establishment of the Board.
Expansion of the offer to Lebanon, Niger, Gabon, Senegal, Saudi Arabia, Côte d’Ivoire and Djibouti.
Launch of the International Employer of Record HR offer as a market-entry solution in the United Arab Emirates.
Two French lawyers, future founders of GENTA, launch an activity in Dubai supporting French companies with their establishment in the United Arab Emirates: legal consulting and company formation.
